Bought this based on other reviews. I didn't see any difference in the growth rate or texture of my hair. I think it is a gimmick, to say the least. I have shoulder length brown hair and wanted to help put on an inch or two after a bad haircut. I have thin but not too thin hair. Took the viviscal daily pill as directed and used this shampoo which smells very mediciny (terrible!). No effect. You are better off taking biotin and saving your money.

I think between using this shampoo and taking the viviscal vitamins, I have definitely seen an improvement in my hairs length, shine and texture. Excellent product!
